Curriculum Support Administrator (Business Administration)
Hours: Full Time - 35 hours per week / Fixed Term 1 Year (4 May 2027)
Salary: DA5 - £28,914 - £30,240 per annum
Campus: Kingsway Campus, Old Glamis Road, Dundee, DD3 8LE
We are currently seeking a committed and enthusiastic individual to join our Administration Services team for the post of Curriculum Support Administrator (Business Administration).
The ideal candidate should have knowledge of the varied services provided by the Administration Services team, in particular student recruitment, matriculation, and induction. As the main administration contact on this site, it is paramount that the candidate has first class customer service skills and confidence in using own initiative and problem solving skills. Applicants should have excellent communication, data accuracy, time management, and customer service skills, also a working knowledge of Office based applications.
Working within this multi-skilled team you will:
- Process all course applications and bookings ensuring full compliance with college processes and procedures
- Utilise systems and reports to ensure efficient and accurate statistical reporting of data to support decision making on recruitment/promotion, retention and attainment
- Carry out residency/eligibility checks to ensure accurate fee assessment.
- Process all related documentation for the application/booking following guidelines, processes and procedures, including but not exclusively PT funding, PVG Applications, Certificates, ITA, SDS, SAAS, CITB, SECT etc.
- Administer and invigilate exams
- Undertake all administrative duties including Invoicing and organising client requirements for all venue hires, examinations, and bespoke delivery
- Support wider administration services teams throughout the learner journey.
- Work closely with curriculum staff and various college departments to ensure an effective and efficient service is provided to all customers throughout their studies.
- Arrange catering as and when required
