Executive Coordination & Assurance Officer – Supply
Hours:
21 hours per week
Salary: DA8, £19.36 – £20.84 per hour
Campus: Kingsway Campus, Old Glamis Road, Dundee, DD3 8LE

Dundee & Angus College is seeking a highly organised and dependable Executive Coordination & Assurance Officer to provide effective administrative, coordination and assurance support to the Principal and Senior Leadership Team.

This role will support senior-level planning, communication, meetings, reporting and governance activity, while also coordinating robust reporting arrangements for externally funded projects including Raising Income through Skills and Education (RISE) and Training Access Fund (TAF). The postholder will help ensure the College can meet Scottish Funding Council requirements and demonstrate delivery, expenditure and impact.

We are looking for someone with strong administrative experience, excellent attention to detail and the ability to manage competing deadlines, complex information and contributions from multiple teams. You will be confident preparing reports, returns, minutes and governance documentation, while handling confidential and sensitive information with discretion.

The successful candidate will be skilled in Microsoft 365, able to streamline systems and processes, and comfortable working with learner, performance and financial information. Experience of externally funded programmes, learner-data reporting, financial monitoring or project coordination would be particularly valuable.

This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated, flexible and solution-focused individual who enjoys working in a busy senior environment and wants to contribute to high-quality coordination, assurance and delivery across the College.

Key requirements

  • Proven administrative experience supporting a senior management or leadership team.
  • Strong organisational, planning and prioritisation skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience preparing accurate reports, returns, minutes or governance documents.
  • Strong attention to detail and confidence working with sensitive information.
  • Ability to improve systems, processes, efficiency and auditability.
  • A calm, collaborative and professional approach.

The closing date for receipt of completed applications is Monday, 21 September 2026.
