Dundee and Angus College is one of Scotland's leading colleges, providing high-quality learning opportunities across the Dundee and Angus region. The College is committed to delivering an exceptional experience for students, visitors, and the wider community through its excellent facilities and services.

The Gardyne Theatre is a vibrant venue hosting a diverse range of performances, production, conferences and community events throughout the year. We are currently seeking enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals to join our Front of House team and help deliver an exceptional experience for all visitors.

As a Front of House and Bar Assistant, you will play a key role in creating a welcoming, safe and enjoyable environment for audiences and guests attending the theatre. You will provide excellent customer service, assist with ticket and visitor enquiries, serve refreshments from the bar, and support the smooth operation of events and performances.

Working as part of a flexible team, you will help maintain high standards of presentation, cleanliness and customer care throughout the venue. You will also assist with stock replenishment, cash handling, hospitality services and venue preparation before, during and after events.

Applicants should demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills, a positive and professional approach, and a commitment to delivering outstanding customer service. Experience in a customer-facing environment is essential, while experience within hospitality, events, leisure or theatre venues would be advantageous.

Successful candidates will be reliable, flexible and able to work effectively as part of a team. The role will involve evening, and weekend working to support the theatre's programme of events.
