Help Point Administrator
Salary: DA5, £27,734 - £29,006 per annum
Campus: Gardyne
We are currently seeking a full time Help Point Administrator. The successful candidate will be customer focused with a passion for delivering excellent customer service.
This is a key frontline role that requires excellent organisation and people and systems skills which must be deployed flexibly with commitment and drive. You will have good knowledge of college systems and be adept at working on your own initiative. You will be solution focused and have experience of troubleshooting issues quickly and effectively in a fast-paced, customer facing environment.
Appropriate training will be given to the successful candidate.
Please be advised that the successful candidate will be required to work between the hours of 8am and 6.30pm Monday – Friday during peak processing times. This post is based at our Gardyne Campus, however, there is an expectation that you will work across all campuses as and when required.
