Quality Administrator
Part-time / Term-Time (40 Weeks)
17.5 hours per week (Monday – Friday – specific hours to be agreed)
Salary Range: DA5 (Full Time Salary £22,734 - £24,006) – (Actual Pro Rata Salary - £10,525 - £11,113)
Campus: Kingsway or Arbroath
We are currently seeking a customer-focussed, enthusiastic individual to provide a clerical and administrative support service for Quality Team activities and initiatives, including acting as first point of contact for Awarding Body requirements and documentation.
With previous experience in an administrative customer service role, the ideal candidate will demonstrate excellent communication skills (both written and verbal), a good working knowledge of Microsoft programmes and the ability to work within a busy environment with excellent attention to detail. Ideally you will hold an administration based HNC or SVQ level 3 qualification. A flexible, “can do” solution-focused approach is essential.
Please note that some travel between college campuses will be required.
