Salary: DA10, £34,155 - £37,128 per annum
Campus: Cross Campus, main base Kingsway
Due to continued expansion an exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced and motivated individual to join the Business Partnership Team at Dundee and Angus College.
With a key focus on supporting regional economic growth, the post holder will be responsible for the delivery of the Flexible Workforce Development Fund as well as supporting the wider Academic Teams to grow their commercial portfolios. Acting as ambassadors for the college the post holder will support the SME business market to establish their key skills gaps and support them to access training through the college.
With a focus on Re-skilling and Up-skilling the post holder will be part of a future focused team with a passion for enterprise and partnership working. You will work in a targeted, fast paced environment and you will be the face and personality of the college offering.
Whilst the main base for the roles will be Kingsway Campus the post holder will have the opportunity to co-locate across the wider college campuses whilst working alongside a host of other teams to help successfully deliver on outputs aligned with the college visions.
The post holder will offer guidance on the various training available whilst assisting businesses in creating tailored development plans, co-ordinating training and monitoring progress. The post holder will participate in market research activities ensuring they are up to date with industry trends and developments to provide relevant advice to clients and also participate in awareness raising events.
The post holder must have a proven track record in working in a business support and targeted environment and have substantial experience in building and maintaining client relationships and business partnerships.
You must have excellent communication skills, an entrepreneurial approach, and the ability to build strong and meaningful relationships with partners and clients.
