Job Title Learning Support Assistant (2 posts)

Hours Full time – 35 Hours per week

Main Location College campus (Sighthill)

Contract Basis 1 x permanent post and 1 x temporary post until 30th July 2022

Salary Band C £20,804 - £22,182 (appointment is usually made at the first point in the salary scale)

You will have a minimum of SVQ Level 2 in Customer Service, Administration or equivalent and experience of providing first line advice and guidance. You will be proficient in the use of the Microsoft Office Suite (including excel spreadsheets). You will have experience of administration and of working in a customer service environment. You will be able to interact appropriately with people with a wide range of needs and abilities and have a knowledge of issues affecting students.

With sound planning, organisational and problem solving skills, you will be customer/student focussed and keen to work as part of a team to deliver an exceptional student experience.

Please note that the successful candidate may be required to work at any Edinburgh College campus.
