Edinburgh College is looking for a multi skilled lecturer who can deliver in both Professional Cookery and Hospitality, this position requires a minimum SVQ Level 6 professional cookery qualification or equivalent experience, as well as assessor qualifications. These hours will be split across Granton, Midlothian and Milton Campus and involves teaching learner of all levels from SCQF Level 3 to Level 7
