We are seeking an inspirational Lecturer to join our Travel and Tourism team. This is a fantastic opportunity to make a real impact on learners’ careers while enjoying a supportive and innovative working environment. You will be required to deliver high-quality teaching across SCQF Level 3 to Level 7 courses to full time learners. You’ll support curriculum development, create engaging learning materials, and help drive student success. Applicants who have a background in Airline and Airport Ground Operations/Aviation are especially sought.
Key Responsibilities
• Teach a range of airline and aviation subjects using practical and theory-based methods
• Plan lessons, develop course materials, and assess student work
• Provide academic and pastoral support to help learners reach their potential
• Contribute to curriculum development and new course delivery
• Support recruitment activities, student reviews, and progress monitoring
• Work collaboratively with the Curriculum Team Manager and teaching team
What We’re Looking For
• Teaching qualification or willingness to work towards one
• Industry experience in airline and airport operations
• Strong communication skills with the ability to motivate learners
