Edinburgh College is seeking to recruit a suitably qualified Organisation Development (OD) Advisor. The postholder will work to ensure OD projects and learning and development (L&D) initiatives maximise employee engagement, ownership and contribution.
Please note, this post is located mainly at Milton Road Campus with an option to work from home, usually up to 2 days per week.
