We are looking for a highly organised and proactive Recruitment and Admissions Administrator to join our Recruitment and Admissions team.

In this role, you will provide essential administrative support, ensuring the smooth running of recruitment and admissions processes while maintaining accurate student records and delivering excellent service to stakeholders in line with regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide efficient administrative support to the Recruitment and Admissions team
  • Maintain and update student records, ensuring data accuracy and compliance
  • Respond to enquiries from applicants, students, and internal teams
  • Support workflows, reporting, and system improvements
  • Assist with the coordination of internal and external events
  • Work collaboratively with departments such as MIS, Quality, and Curriculum

About You

  • Experience in a customer-focused or administrative role
  • Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
  • Confident communicator with strong written and verbal skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and familiar with databases/CRM systems
  • Flexible and able to work across campuses and occasional events
