The key purpose of the role is to actively contribute to meeting and exceeding the organisation’s commercial sales targets through proactive promotion and selling of training programmes and courses.
Working within the Business Development function you will be required to build and develop relationships with external clients and agents both within Fife and nationally. It will also involve working closely with operational staff engaged in promoting and supporting delivery of our training.

The ideal candidate will have extensive sales experience from a B2B market either telesales or face to face and be a confident communicator.
The role is diverse and requires tenacity and great attention to detail. Knowledge of working with MS packages and a CRM system is essential.
Your ability to consistently achieve KPI’s and sales / income targets is key to this role.
The role may require travel within the Fife region.
