The Directorate of Future Students are seeking to appoint a motivated, customer-focused and organised individual to the position of Enquiries Assistant, on a fixed term basis, until 14/12/27. Working within our Enquiries Team, you will be responsible for providing detailed information and guidance to prospective GCU students on a broad range of topics, ensuring that a professional and customer-focused enquiry response service is provided at all times.
Our Enquiries Team provide useful information and helpful advice to prospective GCU students contacting us via phone, email, web form, reception desk, and social media. We always aim for our interactions with prospective students to provide a positive impression of GCU, by demonstrating a helpful, informative, and efficient service, focused on the customer and finding a positive solution for them.
Educated to HND level or equivalent relevant experience, you will be able to work within a fast-paced customer service environment often to tight deadlines whilst still ensuring that all information provided is professional, accurate and helpful. You will also be able to demonstrate good interpersonal and communication skills to provide a positive first impression and effectively build a rapport with our prospective students.
