Our modern campuses support nearly 23,000 students from 119 countries.

Our research is addressing many of today’s biggest global challenges. Glasgow Caledonian University and the University of Glasgow are collaborating on a strategic initiative. This pilot project will establish a scalable shared service model for innovation, entrepreneurship, and commercialisation across both institutions.

We are seeking a Project Manager to lead the delivery of this high-impact initiative. The postholder will be responsible for coordinating all aspects of the project, including planning, stakeholder engagement, budget oversight, reporting, and risk management. They will work closely with internal and external partners to deliver four integrated work packages and establish a Community of Practice for innovation support staff. The role requires strong project management experience, excellent attention to detail, and a sound understanding of the innovation and commercialisation landscape in higher education.

This is a strategic and hands-on role suited to someone who thrives in collaborative environments and is confident managing complex, multi-stakeholder projects.
