HUMAN RESOURCES ADVISER

FULL TIME PERMANENT POSITION

The College is seeking an experienced Human Resources Adviser to ensure the provision of an efficient and comprehensive professional HR service to managers and staff in designated areas across the College.

You will establish key relationships with both senior curriculum and support unit managers using our business partner model to ensure the delivery of strategic goals and objectives and contribute to the development of HR policies, procedures, systems and practices. Providing professional advice, expertise, guidance and support on all aspects of HR, the successful candidate will ensure they are aware of current legislation and best practice.

Educated to SCQF Level 8 in an HR related subject with membership of the CIPD, you will be able to demonstrate operational experience as a professional adviser delivering HR solutions. You must have strong influencing, negotiating and interpersonal skills, the ability to deal with complex issues and a good knowledge of employment law.

Location: Cardonald. However, this post requires the role holder to work and travel within all Glasgow Clyde campuses
