We are seeking a highly skilled and hands-on Estates Manager to oversee the management, maintenance, and safety of our four-site co-educational day and boarding school (ages 3–18). This role requires strong leadership, practical ability, and excellent organisational skills to ensure the smooth operation of all facilities and grounds.
This position is ideal for a versatile, multi-skilled individual with the ability to adapt and tackle a wide range of tasks. While the role includes managerial responsibilities and some office-based duties, the primary focus will be on practical, hands-on work. The successful candidate will demonstrate strong problem-solving skills, technical proficiency across multiple trades, and the flexibility to manage both operational and administrative aspects of the role.
