We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Teacher of English to join our school. The successful candidate will be responsible for:

• Planning preparing and delivering creative, inspiring and effective lessons that align with the school’s curriculum
• Inspiring and motivating students to achieve their full potential
• Collaborating with colleagues to create a positive and inclusive learning environment
• Promoting a love of literature, language, and creative writing

Essential requirements:

• PGCE or Qualified teacher status with a specialisation in English
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• A passion for teaching and a commitment to high standards

Desirable qualities:

• Experience in curriculum development and assessment
• Knowledge of current educational trends and best practices
• A track record of successful examination results
