Domestic Assistant, Housekeeping

This is an interesting and varied role providing high levels of customer service in a unique heritage property. Newbattle Abbey College operates as a further education college, event venue and visitor attraction.

Our residency is home to our own students and to visiting students throughout the year. The College also hosts corporate companies who want to hold meetings and conferences in our unique spaces. The building dates to the 16th century and has an interesting history making it a destination for visitors. Hospitality and catering play an important role, and we are looking for a keen and enthusiastic Domestic Assistant to join our team.

Previous experience is an advantage, however what matters most is taking pride in what you do and a willingness to learn.

The role is worked on a flexible basis, early and late shifts between 20-25 hours per week. £13 per hour. A uniform is provided.
