General Catering Assistants

Newbattle Abbey College is seeking to appoint four General Catering Assistant to work in the College kitchen on a part time temporary basis.

The post holders will deliver exceptional service to a diverse clientele including students, staff, corporate guests, and international language schools. In this versatile role, you will be expected to work on your own initiative, balancing food preparation, and front-of-house service with a commitment to excellence.

Reporting to the Catering Manager, the post-holders will play a key role in preparing food, cleaning and servicing the Colleges customers.

The ideal candidates will have experience working in hospitality, strong knowledge of food safety standards and record keeping. Above all, we are looking for a reliable individual with excellent communication skills who can maintain our high standards of customer care and operational efficiency within this fast- paced environment.
