We are seeking to recruit a Student Engagement and Wellbeing Co-ordinator to join the Student Engagement and Wellbeing Team and play a key role in enhancing student voice, representation, wellbeing and participation across NESCol.
Working closely with the Student Engagement and Wellbeing Manager and the Students’ Association, the successful candidate will coordinate and develop student engagement and representation activities across all campuses. This includes supporting the Class Representative System, Executive Officers, student volunteers and elected Student Presidents, ensuring students have opportunities to influence their learning experience and College decision-making.
The role will coordinate consultations, focus groups, campaigns, events and student-led projects, while supporting wellbeing initiatives that contribute to student success, retention and belonging.
We are looking for an enthusiastic, proactive and highly organised individual with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. You will be confident in building relationships, facilitating meetings and training, and coordinating a range of projects and activities.
Candidates should have experience of working in further or higher education and supporting students, volunteers or service users, together with knowledge of student engagement and representation. Experience of Students’ Association structures, student voice initiatives or working with underrepresented groups would be advantageous. Strong digital skills, including Microsoft Office, are essential.

- Educated to SCQF Level 8 or equivalent professional experience.
- Evidence of continuing professional development.
