The role
We are currently looking for an Operations Manager; this is an exciting and fast-paced role which involves managing the delivery of student-facing operations where you will be responsible for the day-to-day management of a team of Senior Advisors. Working closely with other managers you will have responsibility for ensuring that students and prospective students are provided with high quality, timely, accurate and appropriate advice about their studies.
Skills and experience
You will have demonstrable experience of managing in a complex and rapidly changing environment; have highly developed planning and organisational skills; be a proficient IT user; have a customer-focused approach, which is concerned with both meeting targets, service quality and continuous improvement; and have excellent communication skills. Previous experience in a Higher Education setting would be an advantage.
