PlusNorth is an Educational Consultancy which specialises in supporting independent education providers in the Additional Support Needs and Care Experienced sectors.

We offer a wide range of services, including a recruitment and staff coaching/mentoring service whereby we source education staff and mentor them through a six month transition period as they move into employment with the chosen employer.

The goal of PlusNorth is to reduce the impact of barriers to learning and to promote inclusion. One key way we do this is to recruit and provide ongoing coaching/mentoring support to high quality staff who are committed and resilient.

In recruiting and coaching/mentoring our people we aim to promote stability for vulnerable young people as well as supporting our recruits towards positive, fulfilling employment and career development.
