QMU Online Administrator

Division of Registry and Academic Administration

The QMU Online Administrator is a member of the Academic Administration Team, working with the Online Programmes and Partnership Manager in providing efficient administration of the full life cycle of our online students and coordination of the administrative support provided to the partnership by the Academic Administration Team and across the Division of Registry & Academic Administration. QMU Online is a significant and growing part of QMU's provision, delivered in partnership with our online programme partner.

You will coordinate the administration of matriculation, module enrolment, Board of Examiners and graduation related business in connection with QMU Online programmes. You will have a degree or equivalent administrative experience, together with the organisational skills to manage a diverse range of tasks and conflicting priorities within tight timescales while maintaining a high level of accuracy. You will have good interpersonal skills and highly developed communication skills; with the ability to relate sensitively to varying cultural norms and expectations. While able to work independently, you will also be a team player, capable of establishing effective working relationships with students, academic staff and managers. Experience of academic administration, of a virtual learning environment, or of the Tribal (SITS) student records system would be an advantage.
