Robert Gordon’s College is seeking an Accounts Assistant to join our busy team.
This is a full-time role working onsite, which will support the Finance team.
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Billing; Prepare and issue yearly and termly fee notes along with managing the direct debit invoicing and collections.
- Credit Control and Debt Management; Ensure timely receipt of fees (including direct debits) and resolving any queries promptly.
- Reporting and Reconciliation; Produce accurate weekly debtors reports. Analyse school trips and provide summary. Preparation of relevant balance sheets for the AR function.
- Support with Bursary process.
Qualifications and Experience
- Excellent IT Skills. Proficient in the use of MS Excel/Google sheets to manage data.
- Detail-focussed.
- Strong communication and organisational skills.
- Opportunity to complete or work towards qualifications.
