Robert Gordon’s College is seeking Classroom Assistants to join learning teams across our Junior School, Senior School and within our 3-18 Additional Support for Learning Team. These roles focus on providing intervention and support in literacy, numeracy and other curricular areas supporting children to achieve their very best.

We are looking for individuals who:

  • Have experience of working with children in an educational capacity;
  • Are flexible, organised and have the ability to use their initiative;
  • Are patient, nurturing and committed to children’s learning and wellbeing;
  • Have strong communication and interpersonal skills;
  • Have strong skills in both literacy and numeracy;
  • Are able to use Microsoft Office and Google. Experience with online learning platforms would be an advantage however full training will be provided.
