We are looking for an enthusiastic, customer service focussed individual to provide a reception service at UHI Shetland. The preferred candidate will enjoy working with the public and will be the first point of contact for enquiries for students, staff and external customers. They will provide support for anyone contacting UHI Shetland and seek to resolve calls at first response wherever possible. In addition, the preferred candidate will offer clerical support to departments and provide assistance with necessary course-related administration.

This opportunity is offered as a 2-year fixed-term contract based at our Scalloway campus. For the duration of the contract the preferred candidate will work towards a Modern Apprenticeship Level 2 in Business Administration supported by our Vocational Training Team.
