Director of Transformation

The Director of Transformation is responsible for designing, developing, building and maintaining a highly effective central strategic change delivery capability within Corporate Services to support the implementation and delivery of the Strategic Police Priorities contributing to the delivery of the National Outcomes. To lead, design and implement change priorities across Police Scotland, in partnership with senior responsible officers on individual projects.
