Lead Technical Services Officer

Key responsibilities of the role include

Providing 3rd level support to develop, build and maintain the ICT Infrastructure to maintain business continuity and meet emerging business requirements through national and local project deployment. This role has an advanced technical role and/or a more strategic role than the Technical Services Officer role with the addition of line management where required
