The main purpose of this Training and Development Officer role will be to deliver a learning programme within the force area to meet business need. The learning will cover Equality, Diversity, and Inclusion and it is a role priority to ensure that all colleagues have the support required to understand their legal obligations as well as how to perform ethically in an inclusive organisation. These subject areas align to current and future departmental and organisational priorities, underpin our organisational values, and enable organisational culture change aligned to our Policing Together strategy.

This is a full time, fixed term contract role for 12 months

A driving license is required for this role.
