The Scottish Fire & Rescue Service are inviting applications for the post of People Assistant within the People Directorate.
The People Assistant plays an integral role within the People Directorate, supporting the approach to, and provision of a flexible, professional People service.
The successful applicant will be required to work across the People Directorate, providing advice, supporting people related projects and carrying out generalist activities. They will be involved in providing the first line of support for a number of key areas including Advice & Employee Relations, Talent Acquisition, Reward & Recognition, Health & Wellbeing and Policy Development.
The collation and preparation of statistical and management information and reports is a key aspect of this role, as is the analysis of information and data to inform decision making across the Directorate.
This is a full-time opportunity, working 35 hours however applications from individuals seeking to work on a flexible working basis would be considered.
