The services below can provide advice, counselling, treatment, financial guidance and ongoing support, helping people access the help they need and feel supported in addressing the impact gambling may be having on their lives and wellbeing.
RCA Trust
RCA Trust delivers free, confidential support across Scotland for people experiencing gambling harm through one-to-one counselling and group programmes.
GamCare
GamCare provides free, confidential support for people affected by gambling harm through a 24/7 helpline, live chat, counselling, support groups, and peer support forums.
Fast Forward
Fast Forward runs the Scottish Gambling Education Hub, which provides free training, resources, and support to help organisations, practitioners, and communities raise awareness of gambling harms and deliver education and prevention programmes. Its work focuses particularly on supporting children, young people, families, and communities across Scotland.
