We are looking for a motivated and experienced Property Administrator to join our Highland Residential, Factoring team.
Contract Terms: 35 hours per week (full time), permanent.
Salary: £26,102 - £29,516, Grade H4 – H1.
Location: Invergordon with hybrid working. 
Closing Date: 12pm, Wednesday, 4th December 2024.
About the Role
Highland Residential is looking for a dedicated and knowledgeable Property Administrator (Factoring) to provide day to day administrative support to HRIL’s Factoring team, your duties will include, taking telephone calls, replying to emails, sending out correspondence to clients / stakeholders and attending face to face meetings.
This hybrid position offers a mix of office and remote working.
About You
We are seeking a proactive, organised, and customer-focused individual with a background in factoring and properties. To thrive in this role, you will need good communication and interpersonal skills, and good numeracy skills.
Requirements:
- Experience of call handling, dealing with challenging situations and the ability to work as part of a team or lone working when required.
- A high standard of computer literacy in the Microsoft office package is required. Record keeping is an essential element of the role.
- The ability to manage a varied workload and projects simultaneously and within set timescales.
- Allocating and signing off invoices correctly so that contractors receive payment for works carried out. Contacting clients with regards payments on their accounts.
Other job titles you may have had: Maintenance Administrator, Maintenance Co-ordinator, Company Administrator, Estate Agency and Construction.
