Temporary Compliance Property Officer £29,994 - £35,287 per annum

Can be based in any of our Argyll & Bute offices Temporary for 1 year

35 hours per week Mon - Fri 9am - 5pm

We have a great opportunity for the right person to join our Property Services team within ACHA. We are friendly, forward thinking organisation where innovation, flexibility and positivity are encouraged.

The successful Compliance Property Officer will be responsible for assisting the Data-Asset Compliance Manager with the critical role of ensuring that the organisations buildings are safe and compliant with legislation, regulation and best practice.

We are looking for someone with relevant housing sector knowledge and demonstrable experience in successfully managing a compliance or building safety team. Ensuring statutory compliance is managed and monitored effectively by removing risk to the organisation where possible and implementing mitigation where removal is not possible.

Comprehensive IT skills demonstrating extensive use of reporting on data for decision making, identifying trends and patterns and, making operational changes accordingly are essential criteria for this post as well as excellent numerical and analytical skills.

The post holder must be committed to ACHA’s values and achieve high levels of customer participation and customer satisfaction in the delivery of our services.

· Basic Disclosure Scotland check

· Full UK Driving Licence

· Access to a vehicle insured for business use
