Temporary Data-Asset Compliance Manager

Can be based in any of our offices across Argyll & Bute

£34,002 - £40,001 Fixed term

We have a great opportunity for the right person to join our Property Services team within ACHA. We are friendly, forward thinking organisation where innovation, flexibility and positivity are encouraged.

The successful Data-Asset Compliance Manager will be responsible for the critical role of ensuring that the organisations buildings are safe and compliant with legislation, regulation and best practice.

We are looking for someone with relevant housing sector knowledge and demonstrable experience in successfully managing a compliance or building safety team. Ensuring statutory compliance is managed and monitored effectively by removing risk to the organisation where possible and implementing mitigation where removal is not possible.

Comprehensive IT skills demonstrating extensive use of reporting on data for decision making, identifying trends and patterns and, making operational changes accordingly are essential criteria for this post as well as excellent numerical and analytical skills.

The post holder must be committed to ACHA’s values and achieve high levels of customer participation and customer satisfaction in the delivery of our services.

It should be noted that this post is vacant as a result of an internal secondment to a post which relies on external funding. There may be an opportunity to extend this contract for a further year if additional funding is secured for next year.
