Argyll Community Housing Association are seeking to recruit a Compliance Property Assistant. The successful post holder will assist in the delivery of the Association’s property investment strategy, maintaining, cleansing and analysing accurate and comprehensive property information to allow informed judgements about short and long term investment and maintenance decisions, ensuring the group complies with all legislative, contractual and regulatory standards associated with the Association’s property management.
