Customer Services Assistant (HOME Argyll) - 2 positions available

Based in Lochgilphead or Campbeltown

35 hours per week, Monday – Friday, 9am to 5pm

ACHAG10 £24,658 - £25,867 per annum

The Association is seeking to recruit two highly motivated individuals to work in our area team with a focus on HOME Argyll. This role involves delivering seamless and effortless customer experiences, acting as the first point of contact for customer enquiries and helping applicant’s access housing and housing-related services.

The successful candidates will provide advice and support to customers, process and maintain HOME Argyll applications, respond to enquiries by telephone, email and in person, and work closely with partner organisations to ensure applicants receive clear and accurate housing options advice. The role also includes providing administrative and clerical support, maintaining records, supporting office operations and contributing to the delivery of high-quality customer services.

The successful candidate will have a minimum of 3 Standard Grades (or equivalent), be competent in the use of Microsoft Office packages and have excellent customer service skills. Experience of working in a customer-focused environment and strong organisational, administrative and communication skills are essential.

The post-holder will have regular contact with customers, staff, contractors and partner agencies and will contribute to the continuous improvement of services while helping the Association achieve high levels of customer satisfaction.
