Are you an inspiring senior leader with a passion for asset management, sustainability and delivering excellent services?
Argyll Community Housing Association (ACHA) is seeking an ambitious Director of Assets to join our Senior Management Team. Leading investment, asset management and sustainability across more than 5,200 homes, you will play a pivotal role in delivering safer, warmer and more sustainable homes for our customers and communities.
About the Role
Reporting to the Chief Executive, you will provide strategic leadership for our asset management and sustainability functions, driving investment, compliance, building safety and regeneration across Argyll and Bute. Working with colleagues, our Board, Argyll Homes for All and key partners, you will:
- Lead the delivery of our Asset Management and Sustainability Strategy.
- Drive net zero, energy efficiency and housing investment programmes.
- Champion innovation, customer-focused services and value for money.
- Inspire high-performing teams and lead transformational change.
About You
You will be an experienced leader with:
- Significant senior-level experience in asset management, housing, sustainability or property services.
- A track record of delivering strategic change and continuous improvement.
- Experience working with Boards, Executive Teams and key stakeholders.
- Strong financial, performance and risk management skills.
- The ability to motivate, influence and inspire others to achieve outstanding results.
Degree-level education and substantial leadership experience are essential. Professional membership of a relevant body such as CIH or RICS would be advantageous.
