£32,228 - £37,653 per annum

Fixed term to 31st September 2024

35 hours (Monday – Friday, 9am – 5pm)

Office Location: Can be based in any of our offices across the Argyll & Bute area.

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a well organised, enthusiastic individual to join ACHA’s Housing & Neighbourhood Services Team to the position of Factoring Officer. We are a friendly, forward thinking organisation, where innovation, flexibility and positivity are encouraged.

You will be responsible for managing ACHA’s Factoring Service across the Argyll & Bute area, ensuring that the Association provides a high quality, cost effective factoring service. You will comply with legislation, internal policies and procedures and provide financial and legal administration of factoring services.

Excellent IT skills are required as well as the ability to organise and prioritise your workload in an effective way. You should also possess excellent communication skills and have the ability to liaise effectively with customers and a variety of internal and external agencies
