How you can help us

You will be an effective team player, supporting our team by providing strong administrative support using our HR systems and processes to provide a streamlined service.

As a true administrative support professional who takes enormous pride in supporting and assisting teams deliver on their objectives. You enjoy organising everything whether that is events, people, processes or workloads and have meticulous attention to detail.

You will

  • deliver quality, flawless and efficient administrative support. You understand the importance of having streamlined administrative processes and procedures in place to support our employee lifecycle and our people development activity. You also understand administrative systems and processes are the foundation of a solid HR & OD infrastructure.
  • work collaboratively with colleagues. You’ll be organised and make sure work is delivered on time and to the highest quality. You are focused, resilient and can adapt to the working style of others to secure the desired outcomes.
  • easily follow set existing processes. You enjoy getting stuck into the finer details of things and don't need much directing, you like to take charge of your working day. You can also see how things can be improved and look for better and different ways to provide services.

Specific knowledge and experience...

  • You have proven solid administration experience coupled with experience of working within a team, organising and prioritising your workload to meet our needs.
  • Advanced use of Microsoft packages (Excel, Word and Outlook).
  • You are the bringer of ideas and solutions with the ability to review processes and suggest new ways of working.
  • Ideally, you may have worked in an HR & OD team previously and may have used HR information systems, however this is not essential.
  • You’re emotionally intelligent and can work with people from different backgrounds.
  • You may have worked in the public, private or ‘third’ sectors.
