Barnardo's have an exciting opportunity to recruit a new children and families development worker into their Youth Housing Support Service. We are looking for a dynamic and energetic individual with the passion, vision and commitment to improve outcomes for women and children impacted by domestic violence caused by drugs and or alcohol.

You will need to be a self starter and have a good knowledge of and experience of working with the whole family on areas impacted by domestic violence. You will have excellent engagement skills, with flexibility to work on an outreach basis including some evening and weekends. You will be equally comfortable to work on your own as you are in a team. The successful candidate will be proficient in recording your work and monitoring changes and have the skills to provide written reports when required.
