Housing Support Worker

We are looking for a creative, and motivated, individuals to join our team within our Onslow drive service, to support young people aged 16-25 in a shared accommodation. we are looking to recruit a worker who us passionate about improving the lives of young people, who will seek to understand their needs and aspirations and support them to achieve their goals in life.
