Barnardo's North Lanarkshire Youth Housing Support Service  are looking to recruit  a Project Worker 

Essentially you will be self-motivated individual with a passion for working with young people who are homeless or at risk of becoming homeless.

You must be able to assist young people through all steps of gaining and maintaining a tenancy. Key skills required are ability to assess, engage, and assist the team in achieving positive outcomes.

Ideally you will have some experience of working with vulnerable people and some knowledge of homelessness issues.

We are particularly keen to hear from candidates who meet the SSSC registration requirements for a registered housing support worker but will consider applicants who have relevant experience and who are willing to obtain the required qualification within an agreed time frame.

Access to a car and a clean driving licence is required for this post.Occasionally you may be required to work on evenings and weekends.
