About the Role

The Contracts Manager plays a critical role within the Investment Division, overseeing the planning, delivery, and financial management of Investment programmes, ensuring they run efficiently, safely, and in line with client expectations.

This role involves leading and developing teams, managing resources, controlling budgets, and maintaining high standards through audits and compliance checks.

It also requires strong communication with clients and stakeholders, accurate reporting on performance and profitability, and contributing to business growth through improved processes and new opportunities.

Success in this role relies on strong leadership, technical knowledge, financial awareness, and a commitment to safety, quality, and continuous improvement.

What You Will Bring

You will be an experienced manager with strong interpersonal, organisational, and communication skills, with a proven background in frontline service delivery and representing a business professionally.

You will have the ability to drive growth, increasing turnover, improving efficiency and making effective use of technology and resources.

You will be comfortable producing business plans and projections to enhance service delivery and continued improvement.
