About the Role
The Plasterer is a key member of the Operations Division’s Investment team, delivering high‑quality plastering services across the social housing sector. The role involves completing a wide range of plastering tasks in both occupied and void properties, including surface preparation, patch repairs, skimming, full room plastering, and achieving smooth, durable finishes ready for decoration.
You will take Investment works from start to completion whilst providing excellent customer service to tenants and clients. Applicants must be experienced plasterers with strong attention to detail and a customer‑focused approach.
You must adhere to all relevant building standards and health and safety legislation, ensuring work is carried out safely and respectfully within tenants homes. Maintaining a clean and safe work environment is essential.
What You Will Bring
You will be an experienced Plasterer with strong attention to detail. You will be Customer‑focused and proactive, representing the organisation professionally, providing excellent service at all times. You will have the ability to use your initiative to resolve issues promptly, whilst also contributing effectively as part of a small multi‑trade team.
Strong communication skills are important, as you will regularly liaise with your manager and the Investment team about access issues, delays, or other challenges.
You will deliver high‑quality work within agreed timescales and maintain a tidy, safe, and well‑organised work environment.
This role requires flexibility to work both independently and collaboratively, ensuring consistently high standards of safety, quality, and craftsmanship.
A full UK driving licence is essential.
