About the Role
The Treasury Analyst is part of a high-performing, professional Finance Team that plays a central role in supporting the organisation’s financial objectives.
You will take responsibility for managing liquidity, cashflow and working capital, ensuring strong financial controls and effective governance across all treasury operations. You’ll balance strategic activity—such as forecasting, planning and reporting—with hands‑on operational oversight including banking, reconciliations and compliance. You will work closely with the External Reporting and Compliance Lead, deputising when required.
As a key contributor to the organisation’s external reporting and compliance function, you’ll support the preparation of annual accounts, statutory returns, VAT and tax accounting, treasury reporting and audit. You will work collaboratively across the finance team, combining technical expertise with a strong understanding of the organisation’s priorities to deliver high‑quality financial insight and analysis that informs decision‑making.
What You Will Bring
You will have experience working in a complex finance environment, supported by a finance-related degree or equivalent qualification. You will bring strong treasury and working capital expertise, confident cashflow forecasting skills and a solid understanding of financial controls. You will be comfortable interpreting legislation, analysing complex data and using financial tools to support performance. Your ability to communicate clearly, influence stakeholders and work collaboratively will be key, supported by evidence of ongoing professional development and experience contributing effectively within a team.
