Bairns' Hoose Data Support Officer

Job Description

COSLA is looking for a skilled, experienced and collaborative Data Support Officer to support the next stage of Scotland’s Bairns’ Hoose development. This role will help local multiagency partnerships strengthen how they gather, improve and use data to support better experiences and outcomes for children, young people and families. You will work with Bairns’ Hoose partnerships, Scottish Government analysts and programme stakeholders to support consistent data collection, improve data quality, identify gaps and help partnerships use national indicators in a practical and sustainable way. This facilitation, coordination and technical support role will be central to helping multiagency partnerships build confidence, consistency and sustainability in their data approach. We are looking for someone who is analytical, organised and practical, with strong relationship-building skills and the confidence to work across complex multiagency environments. You will be able to make sense of complex information, explain it clearly, and support others to improve their data processes.
