Job Description
We are seeking a compassionate and reliable Personal Assistant (Carer) to support a female client living at home with advanced MS and chronic sciatica, both of which significantly impact her mobility.
The role involves providing personal care, assistance with daily living tasks, and support with mobility.
Equally important is offering companionship, helping to maintain a positive outlook, and supporting a good quality of life.
The ideal candidate will be patient, understanding, and attentive, with a kind and encouraging approach. A good sense of humour would be a bonus, as building a positive, relaxed environment is an important part of the role. Applicants should also be comfortable around dogs and willing to assist with light pet care duties as required.
Experience with complex or long-term conditions is desirable, along with a willingness to provide both practical support and emotional reassurance.
