Job Description
Job Purpose
To support our family by providing personal care for a disabled female within the family home during 2 or 4 scheduled daily visits
The role will also include additional personal assistance support to enable independence and wellbeing.
Main Duties and Responsibilities
- Morning & bedtime routine
- Administering medication
- Assisting with mobility
- Assisting with household duties
- Supporting leisure activities/outings
- Occasional dog walking (not essential)
- Help with grocery shopping
- Operating hoist and mobility equipment (training provided)
- Assistance with basic physiotherapy
Qualifications and/or experience required
- Female with previous caring experience preferable
- Clean driving license
- Ideally interested in cooking, baking or crafting hobbies
- Good communication skills
