SR001 - Personal Support Assistant (male)

We're looking for a compassionate, patient and reliable Male Personal Assistant to support a gentleman living at home with Alzheimer's disease.

This rewarding role focuses on providing companionship, encouragement and reassurance in a calm and supportive environment. As trust develops, you'll help him enjoy gentle activities that promote his wellbeing, independence and quality of life.

KEY ACTIVITIES

? Supporting short walks and gentle community outings

? Enjoying music, conversation and meaningful activities

? Providing companionship and emotional support

? Encouraging eating and drinking where required

?️ Promoting safety, comfort and wellbeing at all times

? Supporting independence and maintaining daily routines

WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR

• Kind, patient and compassionate

• Reliable and trustworthy

• Experience supporting people with Alzheimer's or dementia is desirable

• Positive, person-centred approach

• Excellent communication and listening skills

• Able to build a trusting and respectful relationship
