CONTRACT TYPE: Full-Time Permanent

To contribute towards the development of corporate approaches across the Company, and to provide effective consultancy in relation to all aspects of Project development.
Work with colleagues to ensure adherence to company objectives, approaches, frameworks and procedures.

Responsibilities
Support the development and implementation of the Company Business Strategy and implementing change projects relating to the strategy
Represent Fife Sports and Leisure Trust Ltd at internal and external meetings including working groups and project teams and in dealing with external bodies as appropriate.
Identifying and prioritising relevant Project Development activity to support the achievement of the Company’s Strategic Objectives.
Implementing future projects and change initiatives based on company priorities.
Undertake a range of project work, applying professional Project Development skills, either individually or as part of a project team. Project work will generally be in the area of Project change, Project development and reviewing the implementation of good working practices.
Carrying out research and analysis to identify appropriate proposals / solutions. To report upon findings and to present proposals.
Develop systems, project plans, produce advice / guidance, deliver / design briefings and project events and sessions to ensure the consistent development of the organisation and its stakeholders
The Individual
Substantial experience in Project Development
Experience of leading or assisting project teams.
Experience of operational work and policy or guidance development.
Familiarity of managing change.
Educated to degree level or equivalent in a related field.
Understanding the concepts of Change Management.
Ability to prioritise workloads and meet deadlines.
Ability to transfer complex information into clear customer-focussed language.
Track and monitor the progress and performance of Projects.
Ensure regular, accurate and appropriate communication with stakeholders.
